Request for Bids/Proposals/Qualifications

Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received at the Board Room of The Eastern Iowa Airport Administration Building, 2515 Arthur Collins Parkway SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52404, until 2:00 P.M. on the 13^th day of January, 2012.  Bids will be publicly opened, read, and tabulated in the Board Room of The Eastern Iowa Airport Administration Building at 2:00 P.M., January 13th, 2012. The results of the bid opening will be reported to the Cedar Rapids Airport Commission at its meeting held on January 23^rd, 2012 at 7:30 A.M. and held at the Board Room of The Eastern Iowa Airport Administration Building at 2515 Arthur Collins Parkway SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The bids will be acted upon at a time and date to be set by the Cedar Rapids Airport Commission, for the Construction of The Eastern Iowa Airport Terminal Building – 2011 Paging System Replacement Project, all as more definitely described and indicated by said plans and specifications.
