American Eagle Trucking in Luggage

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Dec. 21, 2007 - A

Foggy conditions have caused several flights to be delayed or cancelled. American Eagle Airlines has notified the airport a truck with about 200 bags from Chicago will be arriving Friday (Dec. 21) after 8:30 p.m.

The quickest way for passengers to retrieve their bag is to come to The Eastern Iowa Airport. American will have representatives in the terminal to assist. Passengers should bring with them their claim check or photo identification to claim their bag.

American will deliver their bag if the passenger has placed a baggage claim. Passengers are able to submit a bag claim request via telephone by calling 800-535-5225. However, American can not guarantee delivery date or time.

American will be notifying The Eastern Iowa Airport Corridor Concierge desk when the luggage truck has arrived. The phone number for the Concierge desk is (319) 362-8336.

A truck from Dallas, Texas with luggage is also expected to arrive after noon on Saturday, Dec. 22.

American appreciates your patience in this matter.
